Our organization, in developing within
this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services,
is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations.
We only utilize board-certified physicians that are licensed to practice in the United States.
All orders are filled by Licensed US pharmacies by pharmacists
licensed to practice in the United States. All medications
are obtained from FDA approved, legitimate pharmaceutical
wholesalers. You will be receiving the same medication that
you would at your local pharmacy.
Note that our pharmacy fulfillment service is HIPAA compliant, and
that information is not shared, except as required by law.
Note that all information requests on an order must be provided
via phone, not email.
We also do not prescribe any
narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet, such as codeine, xanax,
oxycontin, or valium. Do not request these products from us. |
| How
are you able to do this/How does an online consult work? |

Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access
to physician care and much needed medications. Rather than having
the patient receive a traditional physical exam by the physician,
they rather complete an online medical questionnaire and submits
the information using our online communication tool. Although
online consultations will never take the place of traditional
medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive
treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain
circumstances, may not require a physical exam. Based off
your medical evaluation, the physician will then approve or deny
your medication. If you are declined approval for medication
for any reason there is never any charge to you and you can
contact our toll free number for detailed information on the
reason for the decline.
Currently, the must common reason for decline is ordering too
quickly after your previous order (before your current
prescription should run out). We can assist you in providing
you a date that you can next order. The other major reason
is a medical condition preventing safe use of a particular
medication.

is the charge for your online doctor consult? |

Zero. While some sites do charge a
consultation fee, we never charge a fee for your
consultation with our physicians or the writing of your
prescription. |

What happens after I order? |
 |
|
You will first receive a printable
order confirmation page with an order number on our website with
all your order information. You will also receive the order confirmation via
email. Keep this for your records. If your order is
declined by the system or by the doctor, you will receive
notification via email from our automated system.
Once your order is approved by the
doctor, your order is sent to the pharmacy to be filled.
Once your order has been filled at the pharmacy, we can
not cancel your order and we will not have the ability to do so.
Once your order has been picked up by
FedEx, a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email that you
provided, along with a FedEx tracking number.
We also
provide you a variety of contact options with an online order
status
system to follow the progress of your order in our system online. That can be found
HERE
Note that your FedEx tracking number will not be active in
the FedEx customer service system until your order has been
scanned into the system at their facility by FedEx after they pick
up the order.

are your privacy policies? |

All your information is covered by
doctor/patient privilege, and we never release any data of any
kind to any third party except when required by law. This
includes names and email addresses.

What
are your Shipping Policies? |
 |
We currently ship orders via FedEx overnight.
Your prescription, once the
pharmacy has received it approved from the physician, will be
filled, and picked up by FedEx in approximately one to two
business days. You will receive your package the next
business day after it is picked up by FedEx if you picked the next
day air option. If you need medication by a specific date,
we recommend order placement 5-7 business days before receipt is
wanted.
Your order, if placed after 2:00pm EST will not be processed until next business
day.Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next
business day.
FedEx does not ship/pickup orders or deliver on weekends or holidays. This
means that your order can not be picked up or delivered by FedEx
sooner than the next
business day. We do not offer weekend delivery.
Your FedEx shipping fee of $18 guarantees that once shipped, your
package will arrive through FedEx Overnight on the next business
day. It covers the cost of shipping FedEx overnight once
your order is shipped, and is not intended to imply any other sort
of guarantee. Please remember that orders placed after
2pm EST, weekends or holidays, can not be processed until the next business day.
While we make every attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible,
delays due to manufacturer shortages, holidays, and other matters
we make no guarantees on time frame of receipt of medication from
order date.
Upon FedEx picking up your order,
you will receive a confirmation email containing a FedEx tracking
number and a link to the FedEx site where you can track your
package in real time. Note that your FedEx tracking
number will not be active in the FedEx customer service system
until your order has been scanned into the system at their
facility by FedEx after they pick up the order. This is
often done in the evening.
There must be an adult signature at time of delivery, so NO
POST OFFICE BOXES or APOs can be used. You will be notified if
there is a problem with your order. In most cases you can
pick up your package at your local FedEx office the same day if it
arrives when you are not there. FedEx would leave details of
this at time of attempted delivery.
